On the latest episode of iMPACT, it was announced that Eric Young will face Hammerstone the night before Emergence, and Maclin made it clear he’ll be watching closely. Now, it’s official: Maclin and Young are set to collide at Emergence!

The Hardys and The System have been locked in a heated feud for months, with The System launching brutal attacks—including one on Matt Hardy’s wife. The chaos has reached a boiling point, and there’s no telling what The System might do next. With the numbers game becoming overwhelming, and The System stirring up trouble with Mike Santana and Joe Hendry, the odds have evened out. Now, it’s official: The System will face The Hardys, Hendry, and Santana at Emergence!

The high-risk, high-wire spectacle known as Ultimate X will make its long-awaited return at TNA Emergence, streaming LIVE August 30th on TNA+! The match will feature several competitors, to be determined in a series of qualifying matches starting next week on iMPACT. Who will risk it all for the coveted X-Division Championship? Tune in to find out.

As announced on TNA social media, reigning X Division Champion Speedball Bailey will compete to qualify for Ultimate X at Emergence alongside the rest of the field. This Thursday on TNA IMPACT, Bailey will face a critical challenge: if he loses, he will vacate his X Division Title. The new champion will then be determined in the Ultimate X match at TNA Emergence.

Two major Ultimate X qualifying matches have been announced. Speedball Bailey will face Trent Seven and Jake Something in a high-stakes showdown, while Zachary Wentz will compete against KC and a mystery opponent. These matches will determine who else gets a shot at the X Division title at TNA Emergence.

After an intense battle against Trent Seven and Jake Something, Speedball Mike Bailey has secured his spot in the Ultimate X match at Emergence!

Zachary Wentz faced off in a thrilling triple threat match on iMPACT, going head-to-head-to-head with NXT’s Dante Chen and KC Navarro. After an intense showdown, Wentz emerged victorious, earning his place in the highly anticipated Ultimate X Match at TNA Emergence!

WWE NXT’s Riley Osborne made history by defeating John Skyler and Chris Bey to secure his place in Ultimate X at TNA Emergence!

Next up, Jason Hotch secured his spot in Ultimate X at Emergence after going head-to-head-to-head with Ace Austin and Rich Swann. In a chaotic finish, John Skyler stepped in to back up his partner in The Good Hands, allowing Hotch to score the pinfall and punch his ticket to the big event.

The X Division proved once again that it’s not about weight limits its about no limits when Hammerstone entered a X Division Qualifier to take on Frankie Kazarian and KUSHIDA and came out on top on iMPACT!

Next up, the final X Division Qualifier saw Bhupinder Gujjar, Jai Vidal, and Laredo Kid battle it out, each giving it their all for a shot at Speedball Mike Bailey’s X Division Championship at Emergence! When the dust settled, it was Laredo Kid standing tall, earning his spot and completing the Ultimate X match lineup at Emergence!

Hendry put his athleticism on display in the early going, leaping over the top rope to take out both of his opponents on the floor. The action continued, which saw several near falls for all three competitors. Hendry had the match won following a Standing Ovation to Dunne but Ethan Page would leave the commentary table to prevent the referee from counting to three. An enraged Hendry then turned his attention to Lee, taking him out of the equation with a Standing Ovation through the table.

As Page continued to pull the referee’s attention away from the match, Dunne blindsided Hendry with the Bitter End. But before he could capitalize, Dunne was taken out by Trick Williams, which allowed Hendry to score the three count on Dunne. Now, Joe Hendry will head to NXT No Mercy on September 1st to challenge Ethan Page for the NXT Championship. Will Hendry become NXT Champion for the very first time? Anything is possible when you BELIEVE.

But the action didn’t stop there. While Joe Hendry celebrated his victory, Wes Lee was attacked by Zachary Wentz, as he sought revenge on his former friend and ally in the Rascalz.

Joe Hendry made a bold move on NXT, interrupting Ethan Page’s promo and saying he wants the NXT Championship.

However, Hendry’s moment was cut short when Wes Lee blindsided him with a brutal attack.

Later in the night, Wes Lee addressed the NXT Universe to explain why he turned on his former teammates, The Rascalz, last week. Just as Wes was making his point, he was interrupted Pete Dunne, who seemed ready to confront Wes. However, before things could escalate, Joe Hendry returned to get revenge for the earlier attack.

Following the chaos of the night, NXT announced that Joe Hendry will face Wes Lee and Pete Dunne in a Triple Threat #1 Contenders match next week on NXT.
